Rubber Processing Aid for EPDM Sealing Profile: Homogenizer HA-100

EPDM sealing profiles demand smooth extrusion, consistent cell structure and good blending of recycled rubber. HA-100 homogenizing agent is a processing aid designed for these requirements.

What It Does

HA-100 improves compatibility between different polymers and fillers, reduces viscosity, and enhances dispersion—leading to smoother extrusion and fewer surface defects.

Recommended Dosage

2.0–8.0 phr depending on compound viscosity and recycled rubber ratio. For highly filled or recycled-rubber blends, dosage toward the upper end is recommended.

Applications

EPDM door/window seals, weatherstrips, hoses and extruded profiles, especially those with recycled rubber content.
