REACH-Compliant Accelerator ZDEC for Latex Gloves

Why ZDEC for Latex

ZDEC provides fast cure at low temperature, ideal for latex glove dipping. As a dithiocarbamate, it is often paired with thiazole or thiuram types for balanced scorch and cure.

Recommended Dosage

0.5–2.0 phr in latex compound (dry rubber basis). Exact level depends on dipping line and cure system; validate via lab cure test.
